Delivery time
We ship within 2 to 5 business days after receiving payment. For deliveries outside the EU, customs clearance may delay delivery slightly.
Shipping costs
- Austria: €8.00
- International: €15.00
For deliveries outside the EU, import duties may apply and are paid by the recipient.
All shipments are insured and sent with tracking. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll get an email with the tracking number.
Returns and withdrawal
14-day right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. A short email to us is enough. All details and the model withdrawal form are in our right of withdrawal.
Returning goods
- Please send the goods back to us no later than 14 days after your withdrawal.
- You bear the cost of the return shipment.
- We refund the purchase price and the original shipping costs (standard shipping) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back with us.
Defect or transport damage?
If your order arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us right away. We'll take care of a replacement or repair free of charge. The statutory warranty of 2 years applies.
